Frame is an AI dating coach for iPhone. It reads a conversation you submit, explains what is happening, and suggests a practical next move.

Email hello@yangotstudios.com. Tell us what happened, what you expected, and your Frame app version and iOS version. We’ll reply as soon as we can.

Please do not email conversation screenshots, pasted messages, names, or other private dating content. We can usually investigate with the time of the problem and a description of what you saw.

Subscriptions and billing

• Manage or cancel: open iOS Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions → Frame.
• Restore a purchase: use “Restore purchase” in Frame while signed in to the Apple Account that made the purchase.
• Request a refund: purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

Delete your Frame data

In Frame, open Settings → Delete my Frame data. This permanently removes your Frame data from our systems and clears the app on your device. Deleting your data or the app does not cancel an Apple subscription; manage that separately in iOS Settings.
